Cancellation and Refund PolicyIn accordance with
Article 103.m of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007,
the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied electronically once the download or access has begun with the consumer’s prior consent.
By purchasing any online course, training, or digital product from Transformative Yoga School, you expressly agree that:
- Access to the course materials is granted immediately after purchase.
- Therefore, no refunds are available once access has been provided.
- However, if you cannot participate due to personal circumstances, such as a certified medical condition, a serious family emergency, or another force majeure situation, we may offer to transfer your enrolment to a future edition of the same course or another equivalent program within 12 months.
In-Person Courses, Events, and RetreatsFor events or immersions held in person:
- Cancellations received more than 60 days before the event start date will receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
- Cancellations received within 60 days of the event start date will not be refunded due to pre-committed expenses (venue, materials, accommodations, etc.).
- If you cannot attend due to unforeseen medical reasons, you may transfer your spot to another person or apply the payment to a future event, subject to availability.
The
60-day policy is legally acceptable under Spanish contract law, provided it is disclosed before purchase and agreed to by the consumer, as it constitutes a “mutual contractual condition” for event organization costs.
Acceptance of this policyYou acknowledge that you have read this Policy and agree to all its terms and conditions. By accessing and using the Website and Services and submitting your information, you agree to be bound by this Policy.
