ABOUT THE SCHOOL
Ekaterina is a passionate yoga practitioner and lead teacher of TYS.
She started her yoga journey with 10 years of Ashtanga Mysore style practice, going deep into tradition, devotion and discipline. Her creative nature motivated her to discover other styles: Hatha, Vinyasa, Rocket, Therapeutic, Yin, Dharma, cYoga and many more.
As a coach and personal development expert, she wondered how to systemize all that she learnt in one method. Like this Transformative Yoga was born.
